(“Pygmalion Capital”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a federal corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada (Corporation Number 1782755-5), at pygmalioncap.com. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, sitting in Toronto. Before any proceeding, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through direct discussion.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. General

Entire agreement. These Terms, with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Pygmalion Capital regarding the site. Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
