(“Pygmalion Capital”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) — a federal corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada (Corporation Number 1782755-5) — collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information through our website at pygmalioncap.com. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario law.

We do not operate an email newsletter or collect subscriber lists through this site — our perspectives are published on the website (the Insights pages) rather than emailed. We do not run advertising, analytics, or tracking, and we do not ask for any other personal information.

3. How we use it

We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry and to operate and secure the website. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or profiling.

4. Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted third parties to run the site. Each receives only what is necessary, and may store or process data outside Canada (primarily the United States):

• Resend — delivers the email generated when you submit the contact form to our inbox. The submission is not stored in any database by this site.
• Vercel — hosts the website and serves its pages.
• Google Fonts — serves the site’s typefaces (Playfair Display, Inter) at page load; this involves a request to Google that includes standard technical metadata (such as your IP address and browser) but sets no cookies.

5. Data retention

Contact-form messages are retained in our email inbox for as long as needed to correspond with you and keep a record of the enquiry. There is no separate database of website submissions. You may ask us to delete your message at any time.

6. Your rights (PIPEDA & Ontario)

Under PIPEDA and applicable Ontario law, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
• Deletion — ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal obligations;
